SBT GRVL is known for smooth gravel. The race starts and finishes in downtown Steamboat and all courses ride through the quiet rolling hills of Routt County.

Information for beginners:
SBT GRVL is a great event for riders of all abilities. We recommend the Green (37-mile) course for beginners. There is also an E-bike category for the Green Course

SBT GRVL is dedicated to parity and inclusivity. They work closely with Ride for Racial Justice, All Bodies on Bikes, many juniors programs and para athletes. All are welcome at SBT GRVL.
Beyond the Race
SBT GRVL is a 4-day Bike Festival with a 1-day race. There is an active 2-day Expo in downtown Steamboat, there are social rides, yoga, a toddlers race, and many other fun activities throughout the long weekend.
Steamboat is a World Class ski resort in the winter and World Class for all types of cycling and outdoor activities in the summer.
Travel:
Denver is 3 hours from Steamboat Springs. The local airport is Hayden and is a 20-minute drive from downtown Steamboat. Once in Steamboat, it is easy to travel by bike.

Steamboat Springs has a large variety of condos, hotels, houses, and we offer campervan parking at the SBT VLLG
